At Flame Safe, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available to take your order Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST except for national holidays.
Flame Safe does not accept returns of any of it's products once the products are shipped, all sales then become final.

Flame Safe ships it's products via third party, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and LTL Freight. All of our products are automatically insured. It is the responsilbity of the customer to inspect their order prior to accepting it. Customer should take a picture of any product that is damaged in order for the insurance to be effective. Customer should notify Flame Safe immediately and forward the picture to us. Flame Safe will then notify the insurance company and file a claim. Upon acknowledgement and receipt of payment from the insurance company, Flame Safe will replace the damaged product. If customer is in need of the product(s) immediately Flame Safe will replace the product(s) at customer's expense. Flame Safe will credit back to the customer the amount of the original order provided the customer follows the instructions referenced above. If for any reason the insurance claim is denied no credit will be issued to the customer.
Although 3rd party shippers give estimated delivery times and dates, Flame Safe is not responsible for deliveries once the prioduct(s) are in the shippers control or if they fail to deliver product(s) timely. Flame Safe sends tracking numbers to the email address provided by the cuatomer for each order, thereby the customer can verify the actual transit status of their shipment.
