EXTERIOR / INTERIOR: FIRE POLY™ FPCC and FP50CC are permanent on interior surfaces unless removed by extraordinary means. Fire Poly FPCC is water based flame retardant liquid that dries clear and becomes insoluble when dry. FIRE POLY™ FPCC is warranted for 3 to 5 years or up to 150" of rain, (ASTM E2898 Accelerated Weathering), whichever comes first Recommend over-coating with exterior latex paint if intended use is for exterior surfaces
APPLICATION: Be sure surface is clean and dry before treating. Apply with sprayer head held at 8 to 12 inches from surface. Apply with brush or roller. MAXIMUM COVERAGE RATE: 150 to 200 sq, ft per gallon

FIRE POLY™ FPCC and FP50CC are extremely high intumescent coatings formulated for flame retarding numerous hydrocarbon substrates including plastics, composites, fiberglass, plastic pipe, PVC, plastic panels and sheathing, polyurethane foam, polystyrene foam insulation, coated cable, EPS, XPS, HDPE and more. FPCC and FP50CC are suitable for interior and exterior use. They comply with ASTM E84 Standard with Flame Spread rating of 0,Smoke Index of 100, Maximum Flame Front 0.They comply with IBC, IRC, NFPA 101: Life Safety Code, NFPA 5000 Building Construction and Safety Code, International Maritime Organization (IMO Resolution A.753), ASTM F1173 Classification Plastic Pipe, 14 CFR Part 19, 14CFR Part 29.853a for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), NFPA 701 and more... Tests at Intertek Laboratories indicated a Flame Spread rating of 0.0, Smoke Index 100, maximum Flame Front 0.0 and 4" (4000 mils) of intumescent char protecting the plastic substrate. FPCC prevented the plastic from melting through and performed as a thermal barrier leaving the tested plastic substrates intact. FPCC dries clear, recommend overcoating with latex paint for exterior use. FPCC Coverage rate is150 to 200 sq. ft./ gallon. FP50CC 200 sq. ft./ gallon. Click below for test reports.
